Resident Selection Criteria
1. Combined household income must be equal to or greater than three times the monthly rent.
2. Roommates must be screened individually
3. Head of household must have been employed by one firm for a continuous period of one year during the previous two-year period.
4. Household members must have good credit reference from previous landlord/mortgage company and other credit references.
5. Application will not be accepted if credit bureau reports bankruptcy or civil judgement within the last two years.
6. Application will not be accepted if there is unlawful detainer history.
